Laura Zolman graduates from Centre College

Laura Zolman of Mount Sterling received a BA in English at Centre College's 191st Commencement, held on Sunday, May 25 at the College's Norton Center for the Arts. She was one of three hundred and twenty-five seniors who were granted degrees, a class that posted an impressive four-year graduation rate topping 84 percent -- the highest graduation rate among all Kentucky colleges and universities. Governor Steven L. Beshear was this year's featured Commencement speaker.

Zolman is the daughter of Mitchell and Katherine Zolman of Mt. Sterling and is a graduate of Montgomery County High School.
